Appealing a ban Empty
PostSubject: Appealing a ban    Appealing a ban EmptySun Oct 17, 2010 12:53 pm

Disclaimer – This guide is for functional and educational purposes, however I take no responsibility for those who choose to use it and any results which may occur.

Appealing a Ban

I am guessing you the reader have either had your account banned, which is likely from the use of bots (but these methods are universal for all reasons of bans). You are now in one of the following three situations:

1. You are banned for botting and haven’t used your appeal yet.
2. You are banned for botting and used up your appeal(s).
3. You have tried method one and two and both got rejected.

If you cannot decide which one is you then do not worry, just read all of them and decide from there. If however you are thinking that one of them matches your case exactly then you may just want to go ahead and scroll down to that number.

Offensive Language.

Code:
Dear Jagex,
I'm sorry for what I have done. I know it was wrong and feel terrible towards the user I abused.
If you decide to just give me a warning on this I would be grateful and can assure you nothing
like this will occur again. I feel it's my duty to apologize to the user I abused as I have hurt
their feelings, and made them upset. I know I wouldn't like to be spoken to in the way I did.Code:
Hello Jagex,
I am a little confused with my account's status. Yes, I was saying offensive
language. but NO, I was not swearing or even saying very bad things. I was having a joke with
my friend and he reported me as a joke. I am sorry, however, I think you have over exaggerated
this situation. I think I should have gotten a mute or at MAX a temporary ban. I am not sure who
decided this, but I am convinced it is too harsh. I AM sorry for what I have done. It was a first off
and I normally never use offensive language on Runescape.
Please consider this appeal.
Thank you for your time.Item Scamming

Code:
Dear Jagex,
I'm terribly sorry for trying to do this, I know it was wrong but it got the better of me.
I thought it was cool, so I thought I would try doing it. I've totally learnt my lesson and
won't even think of trying this again, my account is too valuable to throw away like that.
Please keep in mind that I only tried to scam, I didn't succeed in scamming anyone but
I know that doesn't justify anything and I want to be unbanned. Thank You.
Macroing

Code:
Dear Customer Service,
I don't know how I got banned for this, but please, I enjoy playing runescape and If I've
done something wrong I'm sorry. I think you have made a slight mistake, I would never
do anything wrong that stops me from enjoying an entertaining and fun online game such
as this one. Please, I would very much like to play runescape again.Thank You.Code:
Dear Jagex,
I'm sorry. I didn't know this was a bannable offence or even illegal for that matter. I am
not a rule breaker and always abide by the rules set by Jagex. I have re-read your rules
and now realize that it was wrong to do that on my account/accounts. I will never do this
again, as I know better now. I will promise you that you will not have to deal with me again.
Thank You.Code:
Hello Jagex. I recently got banned when trying to get on. I feel that someone else has accessed
my account and used a 3rd Party Software. Please check the IP address of the person who had access
to my account. I have read over the rules many times, too. Please I love Runescape and wish to play more. For the appeal above, you must change your IP address.

Code:
My friend was looking through my things, when he found my password written down. He went
on my account on my computer when I was not looking. I now know to hide my password in a more
secure location and pay more attention when my account is at stake.Bug Abuse

Code:
Hello, I sincerely apologize for abusing a bug that gave me an unfair advantage over other
players, but this is a mis-understanding, how I came across that bug was accidental, and I was so
excited of what I did I tried to do it again. I was trying to figure out how I did it exactly but I couldn't
re-do it. I am sorry for doing it although I did it again, I would sincerely hope I get unbanned for this
mistake. Kind regards and thanks.Last Chance Appeal

Code:
Customer Service, I'm terribly sorry for the mistakes I have made on my account, I love playing runescape
and now that i'm at risk of losing my account I realise how I have behaved was grossly inappropriate and irresponsible.
I promise if you give me one last chance I will straighten up. I love runescape and won't do anything that will put my
account in jeopardy again. I beg you, please unban me. Thank you.

Under most circumstances, you will be allowed to appeal each offence only once. If you are a long-term member of the RuneScape player community, however, and your first appeal is unsuccessful, Jagex may give you a second appeal. This second appeal will become available 21 days after your first appeal is rejected. If your second appeal is unsuccessful, the relevant offence will remain on your account, together with any related penalty. You will not be given a third appeal.

does your bot work now? cause i have the free bot and it's offline, how much for a paid bot? or is it free but you need premium codes for it to work?
